Exploring my fridge with a look for something Yummy!

I found one of those “AHA” Moments! This is what I snagged for Breakfast today :
Lowfat cottage cheese half cup, Lowfat/Fat Free Yogurt 1/4 cup and one Sugar Free Jellos Singles.
Mixed together for a cheesecake tasting bowl of Pudding? hmmm not sure what to call it. It really
does taste great and the texture is satisfying:)

I use cottage cheese and the SF jello mix, dry, to make a yummy dessert or breakfast. It works!
