Fiasp and/or Apidra with Pump

Hi all - do you know if Apidra and/or Fiasp work with a pump? (I use Tandem)

I used to use Fiasp but found that the tubing was always getting clogged and causing an alarm so I figured I would stop and go back to Humalog. But I’m not sure if that was necessary or not. Now I never get the clogged tubing alarms.

I haven’t tried Apidra with the pump.

I find the Fiasp and Apidra are faster acting for me, which I think would be a good fit for the pump if those insulins worked.

How long until you get the issues to start?
I can get issues on the 4th day, and on the 3rd day if I let the pump get both low and hot at the same time.
Otherwise, I love Fiasp in my X2 pump.

I used Apidra in my Medtronic pump for a couple of years. It was fine, until I started getting No Delivery alarms, which I never had before. After several of those, I went back to Humalog.

I have been using Apidra in a Medtronic Pump for at least six years without a problem. (Except the price)

I have been using Fiasp in my Medtronic 670G for about a year. I think I have had perhaps three alarms for blocked tubing which cleared up after acknowledging the alarms.

I am using Fiasp in my Omnipod Dash but just started. No issues yet and I’m on day 2.
