I have this Freestyle Promise Card that my mom got (but I don't use these meters!)
It's a program... I'll just write that the small brochure says--

Enrolle in the Freestyle Promise Program today to get [all I just wrote above]... Remember, be sure to take yor card to the pharmacy every times you pick up test strips-- it will help you save up to $50 on your co-pay costs every month..."
It looks like a plastic card which has a member ID and such... figured someone could save some $$$ on co-pays... or better yet, no insurance...
If you'd like it, just private message me an address and I'll gladly toss it in the mail.... no replies... I'll drop it off at the doc's next month...
It’s a great program. I have saved literally hundreds using it over the last few years. Saving $50 a month is worth having to carry around the little card.
I figured as much… haven’t heard from someone yet, though who wants the card. I no longer use the meter (i have one from back when)… so I figured someone could use the card benefit!!!
I just got my card in the mail, called to register the card. I found out that they have diabetic nurses you can ask questions of. Also if your freestyle is low on battery, contact them and they will send you replacement meter batteries. I could not believe that - how awsome!
I joined this club and have saved a lot on my strips. 100 strips for 50.00. I don’t have insurance so this is great. When I started having problems with my Freestyle Flash meter, it was replaced along with a Freestyle Lite with 100 strips for no charge. It is small and takes the smallest drop of blood! I love it!!
