I have an android phone. Does anyone know the steps to resetting your g6 transmitter? My transmitter starts with 81. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think that link is for reset with iPhone, after building the app.
For android, transmitter reset can be done via xDrip. Not sure if there are differences by the first trans id digits, since this isn’t done as frequently as sensor changes.
I have 81x transmitter, and will try reset via xdrip next week.
Resetting transmitters for an iphone are a problem right now. The Spike ap uses cydia as a download and cydia won’t work because of Apple upgrades.
If you have a mac or some tech knowledge they have another download available. Unknown if it will keep working and for how long. They have an update on their facebook page. I tried to copy the link but it just copies the main page link.
Thanks. It would be a bit more of a cost savings but since I have been able to restart my g6 sensor I don’t feel so bad.

I have an 81 transmitter also. So where can I download xdrip? I also have been getting alot of sensor errors especially when I go above 10mmol. I don’t get any readings for about an hour or so. Do I need to call dexcom for a new transmitter?
