Gastroparesis

Hi. I have had diabetes for almost 30 years. Over the last several months, I have had a hard time controlling my blood sugar due to two steroid injections for my back pain, sickness and several other situations. For the last few days, I seem to be in a cycle of low blood sugar in the 50's & 60's that I cannot get to come up and then out of nowhere, it's in the 300's. I am wondering if I might be having the beginning symptoms of gastroparesis. Maybe my stomach cannot digest food as fast as it should, therefore taking a longer amount of time for the sugar to enter my system. Then when it finally makes its way into my small intestine, my blood sugar shoots up. Has anybody else had these kinds of problems or been diagnosed with gastroparesis?
