Grilled Pork Chops

1 cup beer
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp brown sugar (I used the splenda kind)
4 pork chop, boneless about 3/4" thick
Combine first four ingredients. Place pork chops in a deep dish and pour marinade over them, coating well. Refrigerate at least an hour or two. Pour off marinade and cook on grill. each chop is about 160 calories; 6 gr fat; 3 gr carbs.
These are so awesome!!! The beer makes them fork tender and the flavor of the soy sauce & brown sugar is yummy! I cooked them at a family BBQ and everyone loved them. The recipe came from dlife.
