For those of you that are not in the USA, do not celebrate Thanksgiving, etc., please accept this well intentioned saluation. While I have not been posting much on Tu Diabetes, I have been checking the website most mornings at the un-godly hour of 5:30 a.m.
I hope all are doing well. At this Thanksgiving I am content. I am enjoying my new job as a Building Inspector, and I am thankful for my wife, my three dogs, and my health (even with diabetes). I am also in appreication for the forums, posts, blogs, etc. of those who also deal with the big “D”. I draw strength from them.
Hey Travis. I am going to my sister’s (about 3 miles away) in a few minutes, taking my big backpack-on-wheels full of food. We’re having some fat snow flurries, but supposedly no accumulation.
Glad to hear your job, health, and family have been doing well. May it continue.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Hi Kathy! I have recently been thinking about you as I drive 38 miles to and from my job. If you will recall, a couple of months ago you inquired about the Fall colors down here. At that time, Fall, they had yet arrived. Well the Fall colors finally arrived about two weeks before Thanksgiving. Better late than never!
