Wonderful news!
I’ve never been able to find one at a pharmacy either and have been at this 22 yrs now.
Things as a Diabetic I cannot live without: Diet Snapple, Carb Control Yogurt, Almonds, Granola, 2% milk, peanut butter. On a fun note, always helpful to find some COOL Diabetic carry-cases for the crap we tote around (stickme designs is cool), plus cool Medical jewelry. Some of that stuff can be BORING. Also, juice for lows, Diabetic cook-books.
Liz, One of the more useful things I’ve used was called a safe clip. It’s made by BD, very handy for traveling and I’ve used them along with sharps containers as an insurance that no one could possibly get stuck from any of my sharps. here’s a link to the BD webpage for them.

Good work on the tie in for research funding, one of my biggest supporters before I moved to NC was the small town independently owned pharmacy we used in town, they were great, I miss them a lot!
By the way, guys, I did give them the link to this discussion, so I think they might check it regularly… I don’t know. They must have, cus they implemented almost everything everyone in here suggested. lol
Dear Local Pharmacy,
We applaud your efforts! I always support small business owners & avoid chain stores. Small business are the backbone of local economies.
Thank you for caring,
Gerri
I second that!
Do you mean things like Frio cooling cases? This page shows a list of their North American distributors,
I third it, if they need it : ) Go Decent Pharmacy-Yeah!
