I'm trying

I’m trying to lose weight… On Feb. 12th, when I saw my Endo, I weighed at 148… Now I weight 140 pounds… I have been walking on my treadmill about 30 min because my legs, feet and ankles hurt… Well I got my new diabetic walking/tennis shoes, I can walk on my treadmill for a hour and my feet,ankles and legs don’t hurt… WOW! What a difference shoes makes… My goal is to weigh 115 pounds by July… My plan is to walk on treadmill for a hour 6 days a week… been doing 25 crunches at night and weights with arm exercises…
Lately I haven’t been hungry so I have been drinking for breakfast a can of Kroger Utrimate Slim Rite… Also for lunch same thing with an apple or a orange… then a good meal for supper…
