It's all in the blood

My blood sugars over the past week are running at 10.2 sorry state of affairs and will be seeing the diabetic doctor tomorrow so more grief considering the amount of insulin taken each day 120 units of Novomix 30 and 15 units of Insulatard you would think that would be doing the trick non of these of course are to blame my diet is not what you might call 100% helpful my latest cravings are for honey roasted peanuts not sure if nuts well these type are good or bad for you, lack of physical movement does not help, but my main problem is what is going into my mouth anyone have a cure for wind eat lots of salads and vegetables well not a lot but some, cats all sleeping if you wanted to know, tried to help my wife mow the lawns yesterday bad mistake had a funny turn breathless in Seattle light headed not nice and to boot the lawn mover blew up the grass was very high with some trees of weeks in amongst it, dandy lions and others there was a time our we would have got some help from the family but all lead busy lives now.
Here I sit spilling my heart out to you munching on honey roasted peanuts shout at me if you want I deserve it, birds chirping away in the garden the smell of lilac drifting through the open window the sound od an ambulance or police car in the distance all go to make a typical day here in the Shire.

you write beautifully but don't eat honey roasted peanuts.they probably raise your blood sugar
