Join me a for a workout check-in?

Count me in! I need someone to be accountable to. I used to be a fanatic about 4 years ago, but a car accident and some other things stopped that. It’s been down hill ever since. I miss the feeling of not being in shape. I’m 54 and my work schedule doesn’t permit a lot of time so I have to force myself to work out in the A.M. :(. Sooo, here we go!

Count me in. I try to walk an hour each morning.

I just started the treadmill faithfully each day. I started of with an 1/2 hour in the morning and another 1/2 hour in the evening after meals.
