I’m a well-known and widely published magazine writer and author. I have a book on raising a child with Type 1 diabetes, as well as many other books. I have been approached by a MAJOR publisher who loves my writing style who wants me to write a guide book for adults with Type 2. I want to hire on a qualified, well-known Type 1 MD to co author. Your job is easy – read what I write and make sure it’s correct. Guide me and give me thoughts and ideas. You get a co-byline and a nice little paycheck for not much work. Interested? email me at moiramcc@comcast.net. Book will be in ALL big box book stores nationally. This is the real deal.
Excuse me, but I’m confused. You are the parent of a child with type 1. You want a co-author who is type 1. But your subject is about living with type 2. This makes no sense.
I’ve written books about golf, skiing, teen girls, and more. I’m a researcher, author. A major publisher contacted my agent and said they’d ike to do a book on life with Type 2 written by me with a medical expert. I want a co author who is an MD specializing in Type 2 and adults. sorry about the typo. I’m looking for a MD who specializes in treating people with Type 2.
It actually happens all the time. Not all experts are good writers. The writer works with the expert. Quite common.
