coming back to the cauliflower pizza crust. Have a look at this recipe.

The cauliflower if grated and then put in the microwave to dry it out a bit

It is really good. I don't like the topping personally but you can put on any topping. The crust itself is 4.6 grams carb. (pizza cut in 6 slices)

PS my fav or all sorts of vegetables - zucchini lasagna, squash cut in cubes and grilled in the oven with lots of spicy spices. mmmmm.... Bon Appetit!
