@CatLady06 what about two sets of five? You got this! And the modified version work just as many muscles!

I couldn’t do last week’s consistently so am actually re-starting the Week 1 regimen. Did the sets today!

I’m in but in going to do a modifier so that I’ll do pull-ups instead of the push-ups on the list and push-ups instead of crunches.

I wish I could do pull-ups! Most I’ve ever managed, even at my “fittest” is three! Today, I think I can do zero…

When I was wrestling I could do 30+ish. Then again I could bench press twice my body weight too and I can’t do anything like that now either…

Wow. Far from anything I’ve done! Was a swimmer as a teen, cycling otherwise, but never really an “athlete.” Nearly failed gym in school because I could never do pull-ups (finally convinced the teacher to let me do twice as many pushups instead! :wink:). Those three that I eventually could do were not long before my T2D Dx - at least in that way (and others), probably my most fit period in my life, at 50…

Well that was quite a while ago and my overall fitness and athleticism has been on a pretty meteoric decline since then. I can probably run nearly as well now as I ever could… But that was never a bragging right of mine when I was younger…

Hey!!! We’re all here just to keep one another motivated In whatever we do and whichever way we tackle this 30 day challenge! It’s what we do today that counts!! Boom! Thanks for morivating me! I need it right now in the WORST way!!!
