Day 17! Strong!
Sorry! Sorry! I got off schedule with posting (and I fell off the crunch and push up wagon… we’re here for honesty and support right? lol!) I am posting the full 30 days as I came across it originally! I say aim for whatever we can each do in a day! Stay with me! I need your encouragment! The goal is simply to get stonger… whatever that looks like to each of us!

I encourage you to be physically active,but do you love crunches and push ups? Find something you Love for me it is the pool. Saying that do a graph ,put it out in front of you so you see it everyday. Leave note in your morning place where you will see it. Bathroom mirror or by the coffee pot which ever works for you. Good luck.
I welcome the reminders, @cynthia_rogers ! I have been ramping up the crunches nicely as suggested in the schedule, but may never be able to go above 6 push-ups in a row. I am now planning to go back to regular yoga classes though, which help me both with strength and flexibility.
@twinchick – I am happy with my general aerobic activity, but I can definitely gain in strength, especially core and upper body. That was the point of this particular support thread.
Fell off the wagon a bit, too, though today I did at least get pushups in - up to 31… Supposed to be rainy here, so I may hit the gym at work , instead of my usual walk… we’ll see.
I’ve been slacking! Yoga and yard work left me pooped (and sire) over the weekend.

@Dessito I’m so happy to hear the reminders help! I think I’m doing it selfishly to keep myself going! Lol! I felt so horrible that I hadn’t posted anything for week three… Got me motivated to get buns in gear…
Oh… And yes @twinchick ! I still love to do all the regular activities I Love! Yoga, walking, biking, Pilates, etc… I just needed a reboot and some fun people to join in a little challenge with! Thanks for the kind words and inspiring thoughts! Join us! Happy swimming!

I totally lost it after week 2 but found that pushing my granddaughter on the swingset for half an hour almost every day in week 3 did a lot for my arm muscles! Guess I’ll go back to square 1.
