I went to the dr. yesterday and she told me my A1c went down from 6.0 to 5.9 I did gain 2 pounds but she was pleased when i did start my my A1c at 7.5 in March this is done with mostly with diet with little exercise. Im still having problems testing I forget. I havent tested all week I just forget.
Wow, originally 7.5 and down to 5.9. Good Job Rachel!! I bought a small timer that I can set to buzz at 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours. That may help you with testing also. Keep up with your good diet and exercise.
