My last post was about me getting too much caffeine. So I tried (really I did) to stop drinking so much caffeine and I did but…because there is always a but…I didn’t increase my water intake. I know, I know I should be doing better. I have to get serious about this but for some reason I keep putting it off. I can do this no sweat, right? Yes I can. About two years ago I would have never drunk a diet anything. Now I only drink pop if it’s diet and have recently tried diet tea (Thanks Cherise for the suggestion). I just made up in my mind that I was going to stop. Regular pop has too many calories, too many carbs and is just bad for my diabetes. As usual here I go jumping in head first.
