Does anybody knows if the Samsung’s S-24 can be used with Omnipod 5’s android app?
It’s a new phone and not in Omnipod’s compatibility list. I’m trying to find out if it will right out, not work with the app, or if it will just give me a message stating some features have not been tested but still allow me to use the app?
I reached out to a friend of mine who beta tests, and right now the short answer is No. The app will not load, and you get the unsupported phone message. They just got the S23 Ultra on One UI 6 “allowed” a few months ago. Knowing Omnipod it will be a year out.
Thanks! I wanted to upgrade and by the looks of it, it will have to be the S23!!!
Even the S23 Ultra still gives me the daily nag message about the operating system not being supported (One UI Ver. 6.xx), but at least it works. I doubt the S24 will get support this year.
