I had an idea of making a cheat sheet listing the phone numbers, websites, and contact emails for various d-products that people use and insulins and such and make it into a large type PDF and Word file you can tack to the fridge or download and print anywhere… What does everyone think?
Also feel free to post the product website, their support #, and an email support address if they have one…
Great Idea, I love this web site. Medic Alert is very advisable and I also have a sticker on my car, side view mirror. I also think it is a good idea for people on the pump to show police officers what a pump looks like…NO…it is NOT a cell phone !!
If you ask cops what it is … ??? hardly any of them know what it is.
I can send some numbers later

This is supposed to be a one pager, hang on the fridge sort of deal. Iv seen the annual thing from DF, but this is supposed to be somewhat verified … Idea is if you need it and your not home, just pull out the file/sheet and theres the number, no hunting on boxes, inserts, etc to find the information
No. i am hoping that everyone whose called the number has used it before posting it… I know trying to call the lantus people I got sent around and never reached a actual customer service person, just a script droid…
This isnt supposed to be multiple pages. Just 1… 2 tops, where you go, oh I really need to call cuz (insert problem) with say, a jammed pen or your insulin pump is screwy… looking things up in the diabetes forecast every time you have a problem, is not efficient and the print is kinda small for what it is.
you can pack a copy in your kit even to have it with you…
