Hi, I’ve been using the Omnipod for 1-1/2 years. Just had a screaming error message on my PDM saying I needed to call Cust. Service. I called, had to reset my PDM, lost all my settings and Cust. Service is ending me a new PDM. Anyone else had this?

I’ve had to do the hard reset to my pdm a couple times and had to re-enter all my settings. Never had to get sent a new one though.
