Pod sites

Does anybody know any good pod sites that I can try? I'm very active (I play cross-country, soccer, basketball, skiing, swimming), and I'm running out of sites! I've already "lost" my thigh and my arms, and I'm about to lose my lower back and stomach. I'm worried that if I lose any more sites then I'll have to go back to shots.
Any advice?

hi kari, i am not sure what your mean about losing your arm and leg sites ( poor absorption?) and soon to loose your belly and low back? please explain, i know some have successfully used their calf or chest tucked into their bra or right below the bra if their is any fat at all? i'm not a podder but my son is and he likes his belly the best, legs he has had occlusions, occasionally he uses his arms and i really want him to try low back but he is resistant. best of luck! amy

I'm not sure I know what you mean by "lose". I bike, cross country and downhill ski, windsurf, play hockey (and played soccer before I got the pod.) I'm sure you're much younger than I am at 67 but with a little more info maybe some of us can help you. This site has been of great help to me.

I have a 6-site rotation that I use, never using the same site more often than every 2 weeks. It goes: Right arm, right belly, right backside, left arm, left belly, left backside, right arm, right belly......
I used to include inner thighs in that rotation, but my absorption always sucks in those sites for the first 18 hours of a new pod, so I stopped using them.

Sorry about that. By lost I meant that every time I put my pod on that site there either wasn't enough fat there, or there was bad absorption. My pod would deactivate by itself and say something like "occlusion detected".
Thanks everyone for all your help!

Ok, thank you! I'm going to try my arms again..hopefully It'll work!
