Since I got lots of time on my hands - still job hunting - and being new to diabetes. I had have lots of time to adjust and get myself organized - which I like.
First of thanks to all the wonderful members on here give me advice about carbs, protein, fat etc. I didn't realize how clueless I was before. I am glad I am learning all this though because it makes me realize how much I was overeating before - well overeating for me - and overeating bad food with no nutritional value. I am being surprised how small an actual serving is.
