I’ve been using Liberty ever since Medicare stopped allowing us to use Medtronic. I’ve had no problems with Liberty…they call me when it’s time for a refill, they ship in a timely manner, and the one time I had a question, I called and got a direct answer without having to go through voice mail hell or waiting forever for someone to actually answer.
