Anybody out there have both of these? I’m feeling the struggle right now and wold like some tips on dealing with the pain combined with the nuisance of diabetes control.
I have both, but have back pain under control now. When at its worse I did a lot of hydrotherapy and then I started tai chi and as long as I walk and do tai chi I am fine. Exercise should be part of your diabetes control anyway.
I am sorry you are struggling, hope you can sort things out for yourself.
I have had scoliosis most of my life with on and off back pain. I try to walk two miles a day and have found that helps. I also don’t sit for long periods of time. Yoga helps relieve the muscle tension. Hang in there and keep moving.
