Hellooo! I was just told by my pod supply peeps that the old pods are on backorder, so they will be contacting Insulet to get the new PDM sent to me.
How hard is it to set that baby up? Can I pretty much just look at the info in my old PDM and use that to set up the new? Any tricks or tips you can share would be appreciated.

Got my new PDMthis week and it is super easy to set up. It comes with a booklet you fill out with settings from your old PDM (even telling you how to access the old settings) and then the info goes into the new PDM. Took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. Piece of cake!

As previously stated...simple to set up. MAYBE 10 min. Make sure to set the beep/vibrate function how you would like. At first I turned everything to vibrate..which meant no beep after bolusing...that was weird. Also be aware of the "reminder" to check your blood 1.5 hrs after a pod change. I have mine on vibrate, and I drained battery life pretty quickly from not acknowledging the message on the PDM.
Otherwise..new pods are awesome!
