Signal loss message

I must say Dexcom Tech Support is great. I mean it. I’ve been on Dexcom sense the G4 days.
Out of Ranges messages come and go. 1st I should say I carry a receiver and a phone. Only because it Thales me forever to find one or the other if I lay them down somewhere.
Over the years the out of ranges messages have come and gone usually less the 30 min noted
Some times it happen on just one device and not the other.( that’s why I carry two)
Today was total different, both when out of range in less the 2 sec. of each other. This happened at 0530. It woke me up. Finally after 3 hours being alerted I was out range every 30 minutes , I called Dexcom Tech support. With in 10 minutes they are sending a new Tx And of course new sensor. It appears the Tx battery failed in 35 days of use. Even though menu check said battery was OK.
