After having diabetes for 36 years I find the Sure T is really is great. This is a steel needle. My question is I never observed linking of other parts plastic sets or delivery issues but the Sure T seems to have better delivery. Thoughts?
I’m not entirely sure I understand your question.
I have used the sure t and a few of the plastic versions.
I never had an issue with steel however I understand they are more likely to cause scarring
Because you have a sharp point in you each movement can cause cutting.
I already have issues with scarring so I use the 6mm plastic ones that I put in manually on an angle. Almost parallel to my skin. I rarely have any issues, however once in a while the cannula will kink which can’t happen with steel.
