Walked around my mobile home park for appoximately 15 minutes. I had checked my bs @90mg/dl before. When I got back I rechecked and it was 89.

Finally got back…at 2:00 it was 150 and after chopping and pulling the wood around it went to 125!

I too apologize for being late but I have a good excuse, I’m in the middle of attending a weekend long retreat for adults with type 1… 204 (post meal) before 14 minute walk 166 after.

I joined the challenge at 1pm London time. I was 8.9 before doing some aerobics at home. 14 minutes later I was 6.8! Happy Day to all!..and keep excercising, not just today! :o)

Big blue test sucessful! Faith, age 5, tested at 96 at 2:00pm and then we played hopscotch for 14 minutes. She tested at 54 at 2:15, so she’s having a glass of juice while I record this! She really enjoyed being part of the test - we even called great grandma (type 2) and encouraged her to participate too. Thanks for organizing and educating!

Holy cow that was amazing!!! Reporting in from Pacific Time… 2:00pm test 118. Exercised. (jump rope, lifted weights, rowing machine) Fourteen minutes later: 76!!! AMAZING.
2pm PST = 187
15 minutes of dancing along with SpongeBob songs (!) Guess good enough exercise for a 7yo boy on his B-day:)
