Finally some good news and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. After a fun night of having to ask a low level member of my companies management team if he understood what reasonable accommodation were and if he wanted to snap at me for taking an unscheduled break when my blood sugar was low, or if he didn't we could go have a member of HR explain it to him.(mind you only break I that night). I was not hoping for any good news, but it turns out I got the full time spot I had put in for, almost doubling my hours, small token raise and most of all cutting my insurance payment by half. Going to be able to go back to my endo get back on some of my meds and not worry about having enough for my kids to eat. May actually be on here on a regular basis again.
That’s awesome! Way to go! I don’t take breaks ever b/c I am really busy @ work but I work at a desk and, paradoxically, it is far enough to the cafeteria or my car that it would probably make my BG go down if I left to go eat there. Congrats on the promotion!

Stress level LOL past few months have had me almost to a breaking point. But as I told a friend. If you keep smacking into a wall it is bound to break, just make sure it breaks before you.
