Last review was not very good my blood had gone up from 7.5 to 8.5 over a six month periodthe doctor put it down to over endulgance over the festive period Christmas but I knew that it was really me taking my eye of the ballsugar in my tea coffee chocolate all bad for me I know but here in the Black Country we have a saying you cannot teach an old dog New tricks,black country refering to where the Industrial Revelution started in my opinion where all the polluting of Earths resoures began you will have to forgive my spelling mistakes all down to a poor education or in my case being as thick as two household bricks as my mom use to constantly tell me,yes moms can be cruel sometimes.
The trouble is when you are house bound for 99% of the time you clearly do not get enough exercise, ok I can hear some of you saying of course you can exersice I find that easier said than done getting breathless just getting up from a sitting position even feeling dizzy sometimes with Gods grace I will get better in time,smudge is streched out upstairs in the small bedroom legs leaning on the radiator well I suppose at 16 years old you do feel the cold I know I do at 65 coming up to 66,taking 13 pills for heart diabetes gout does knock you about but that is the price some of use pay for not living a healthy life be warned it could happen to you.
My Angel is at work so I will not see anyone until 5pm tonight keeping depression at bay is hard with no one around to chat too or cuddle up to when you feel low,it snowed again last night so the Shire looks magical if not dangerous in places we may have two legs but at times like this four would be better rooftops trees bushes all around you is snowy white picture postcard everywhere you look,threw some bread out for the birds and dish of water on the shed roof so hope they take advantage of that dodging the cats you take care remember snow is nbot just for Christmas.
