Trouble with applicator

I have MS, 25 years, along with type 1 diabetes, 45 years.
I am having trouble removing the applicator. I can't squeeze the release tabs tight enough.
I hope someone has some sort of trick I could use.

Mary -

Anything that would increase leverage would help you. A pair of pliers, large tweezers or even tongs could help you apply more squeezing power.

I was thinking along the same lines. One of my main issues is hand tremors when I try to do detailed things like squeezing the tabs. I am going to try tweezers next time.
