It seems like the doctors have organized to make a play.
It’s been gearing up for some months now, so let me bring you up to speed if I can.

The insurers legitimately started hunting doctors who spoke about problems like this online. They would target their practices and sue them for defamation. They played hardball with the doctors in ways that they never played hardball with patients or pharmacists. I think the insurers are pretty scared of doctors organizing.
The docs want to win back their autonomy and authority from United Health Group. They wanna go to court and are drumming up legal funds.
One of their spokespeople writes this today:
“If 500 doctors show up to a courtroom with a jury like XXXX stated, and patients or families of patients who desperately needed care, in my opinion, money might not be an issue. Alot of people are getting tired of the game.”
They are up to something. They have some kinda plan.
What do you think that their odds of success are?
