Just to brag… Last May I was diagnosed as Type II!!! I was 298 lbs, AiC was 9.8, BG was 243 and BP was 153 over 82. Just got home from my latest checkup… BP is 123 over 73! BG is 123! A1C is 6.3 and weight is 269!!! Hot dang, I might get healthy! My goal is by next July 20th, which will be my 60th b’day, I was to be down to 199 lbs!!!
