Actually, right now as I post this, the hamburger button is not showing up in the homepageā€™s top left corner. I have no idea whether this is a temporary change or whether the homepage layout has been tweaked.

You can still get to the list of all topics in all categories by using the image of "discussion groups" button button on the homepage (and other pages), as @Brian_bsc pointed out in his earlier post.
