am trying to find a way to shed some unwanted (and uneeded) pounds- zumba is all the rage. anyone try it out yet?

I love Zumba! I think I’m addicted. :slight_smile: I think you should definitely give it a shot. You are getting a workout, but it doesn’t feel like it b/c you’re having so much fun. Don’t worry about getting all the moves down, you will pick them up the more you attend class. Besides like my Zumba instrucor says, “as long as you’re moving, you’re doing it right!”

I’ve been wanting to find a class too. I’ve had many friends join and they love it.

I love it!! Keep at it and the moves will come!!

Reviving an older thread, but I just have to say that I love Zumba! I do 3-4 regular Zumba classes a week, and 2-3 Zumba toning classes, and it’s gotten me back into an exercise groove.
