I did the first day, October 14 then got sick. Thinking about doing some very mild leg lifts or something and checking in. :) Thanks for creating this test.

it's proof positive that I can exercise... even if it's only 14 minutes a day.

I've done it 6 times so far: 1 Monday, 2 Tuesday, 2 yesterday and 1 today. Planning on 1 more today. I'm aiming for 2/day through the whole month!

Just did my 7th... Going to try for 2 more today.

Just did mine today! walked 25 min and went from 166 to 128. pouring rain here, but I do not want to miss a single day.

Have done 2 today, one this morning before breakfast went from 179 to 179 and one this afternoon right after lunch, went from 99 to 96 but had 2 glucose tablets during my 25 minute walk to avoid going low.

1494 this morning. Let's step it up (pun intended)!

I'm thinking I'll probably manage 5 or so today, heck just walking around the grocery store is exercise, especially when your brain leaks and you can't remember what you wanted to get and when you do finally remember it is on the other side of the grocery store. Definitely 5

I logged one and should be able to do a couple more today as plans have opened up some time!

2 down, the wind has come up so, rather than a "bike ride," I'm gonna do "bike errands" for #3

Going to log one now, it was a beautiful day here. A change is on the horizon, so we may enjoy it while it lasts.

How was Junior's birthday?

Still rolling along, getting ready to go eat as we couldn't get in later than 4:30 so off we go. I actually like that as we've been eating at 7:00+ and it's hard to clear out the IOB by bedtime when I do that!
