well what can i say 2014 has been a year full of triumphant highs and devastating lows (and im not just talking about blood sugars). it has been a year of conquering fears and breaking boundaries and all of which ive done with friends by my side. i couldnt be more grateful for the opportunities ive had this year and the people ive met along the way. ive met the most amazing people this year from all ends of the earth.
I have many great plans for 2015. i have a trip planned to Paris, France in March. i will be leaving the country on my onw for the first time in my life. i will ahve to deal with diabetes in the airport on my own with no helpl from my parents.
i will board a ferry and head away to an island wiht my scouting group for a week full of activities like kayaking, sailing, rock climbing and god knows what else.
I have so much to look forward to that id rather not talk about the things that have happened in the past im lucky to able to do things i do thanks to my scouting group and amazing friends ive made thrugh my scouts!
Hope 2015 is a great year for you all and that god grants your prayers and wishes for the new year.
"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference."
