9 cases of h1n1 in my small province so far.. uh oh

So it’s a good thing that I live in the mountain’s 15 minutes away from civilization because 9 cases of h1n1 have been confirmed here today and i’m a bit on the sketch. I’ve read about a couple of incidents of people who have died with underlying conditions such as diabetes and asthma.
How are you guys handling this? Do you think if our blood sugars are stable we are less susceptible to retrieving the virus? could those on the pump be at more advantage to avoiding complication of the illness to mdi? what precautions should we take to try and avoid the virus at all costs?

… I hope they come out with that vaccine soon :frowning:
