I love Stoneyfield full fat plain yogurt with a small splash of vanilla extract and a bag of equal. 13 grams carb in a whole cup. add some blueberries - yum. or a half a banana, strawberries.

Hi all! So I’m looking for some new on the go breakfast ideas. I don’t have time in the morning to cook a fancy breakfast and I usually eat in the car. What do you like to eat on the go in the morning?
Dr. Jody’s Super Fiber-rich, Low-carb Quick & Easy Flax Muffin:
Put into a coffee cup:
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 tea cinnamon
1/2 tea baking powder
…mix together in a coffee cup. Then:
Melt 1 tea butter or coconut oil on top of mixed dry ingredients
1 tea vanilla
1 egg
sweetener of your choice…honey, etc
…mix it all up
Cook in microwave for 45-60 seconds, and enjoy!

I have been experimenting with different breakfasts to avoid my post-breakfast spikes and haven't found anything successful. I am Type 1, on the pump. I'm curious to hear what others eat for breakfast!
