CHOCOLATE REVIEWS: Lindt 85% Cocoa Extra Dark Chocolate

I really enjoy dark chocolate. 85% is quite nice, and makes your average dark chocolate taste like milk chocolate after. The ingredients are easy to approve, with 'buorbon vanilla' ending the list...see?

Contains:
Chocolate,
cocoa powder,
cocoa butter,
demerara sugar,
bourbon vanilla beans.

Even their sugar is fancy! No, wait, that's just a big word for brown sugar. But with an impressive 15 grams per 4 squares, this bar is slightly less carb than your typical Lindt bar (each square being roughly 3.75g of carb, compared to 5g in other Lindt bars).

I was walking past the chocolate clearance in a department store and decided 75% off of Lindt was enough to create a stock of dark chocolate...which now ironically resides in my diabetes drawer. Ironically delicious, yeah? Haha.

The fruity notes of this earthy chocolate makes it a worthy grab if you see it next time you're out. Try it and let me know what you think!

P.s. there is a 99% dark chocolate... don't do it. It's not worth the dare. Think about it, it's only 1% NOT cocoa. You can get the same experience biting into a spoon full of pure cocoa. Save yourselves!
