I am on Medtronic Minimed 770 G insulin pump, I also have a mobile app Minimed on my phone, when I drop down my Minimed mobile app and click on “Sync to CareLink”, “Upload Now” is rolling continuously that looks like data is uploading to care provider, however my endocrinologist said that he didn’t get my data.
Did anyone have this issue? Would you please advise me what to do?

Hi @Denys I’m not a medtronic user so I was hoping someone with it would get back to you. Since its been a day here is the generic IT helpdesk type advice for an app that fails to connect:
- Disable any VPN apps or services and try to sync again
- If you are always on wifi, disable wifi and try to sync again using the cellular data network
- Quit the app on your phone iOS | Android and try to sync again
- Restart your phone iOS | Android and try to sync again
To check if the data successfully uploads try logging in to the Medtronic Carelink Personal website carelink.minimed.com I tried checking the status of Medtronic Carelink Network but was unable to find a publicly available status page. They do have a maintenance window scheduled for March 24. 2024 so don’t expect it to work then.
My Doc never gets the data.
I print it out on paper to be certain they get it.
