My husband received a new Dexcom G6 in July. We needed to order new sensors but Dexcom says they are out of supplies with no date as to when they will be received. What is going on? The company posted a great profit for Q3 2019 but I don’t see how that can be sustained if they have run out of their product. Does anyone have information?

I just had an issue with a sensor and they sent me a replacement G6. I can’t imagine they are totally out of supplies.

I’m scheduled to pick up Dexcom G6 supplies today at the pharmacy? Where are you located? They just sent me a few replacement sensors because of failures. They arrived within 3 days. If you need me to send you a couple, just IM me if your in the US.

“out of supplies” usually occurs for just a few days.
