Hi, I’m not sure which one you need. I have an Ultra, and Ultra 2 made by One Touch and also a Medtronic Contour Link, and a One Touch VerioiQ. I’m in Canada so they might be named a little different. I use the new Bayer Link which we get through Medtronics because the Diabetic Centre likes to see all my readings on my pump when I see them. Are you looking for the ultra that works with the Medtronic pump? I know last year I also lost one and tried to order another from Medtronic but they had already switched to Bayer. If that is what you are looking for I might still have one as I have a different pump now.
It looks like this and links to a Medtronic pump. They stopped making it years ago, but it’s a lot cheaper than the contour next that I’m currently using. I’m currently paying over $200 on test strips for the contour next and was paying closer to $70 with the ultra link.
No, I do not have one of those. Which when I reflect on it, does surprise me a bit as I have a lot of other meters.
I also have one of these … I think. Not sure at the moment which pile of other junk it might be buried under. (And it’s not the type of “Ultra” you are looking for anyway. 
)
