It is a Roche holster for their Accu-check Spirit Pump. It's available from the Roche Accu-chek store. It is low profile, and rotates, so the pump can be horizontal. I just got it today, so no word yet n durability, but I put it right on. I'll report as time goes by. For those of you who had a Cozmore pump and like the rotating holster from Smiths-Medical, it is like that one.
It is called the AC Spirit Clip Case on the packing list.

It's been three days and so far I'm liking it. I did knock it off my waistband while changing jeans, but that happens. I am rally liking that my pump is horizontal. the tubing gets caught on things less, and I'm not binding into it when I bend over. Will continue to update.
Another update. It looks like the Accu-Chek holster works best on men's waist bands (there clothing is "sturdier" than women's) and/or belts. This makes it better for those times when it is on a belt rather than just clothing. But in the end, I like having an alternative. The low-profile clip that comes with the pump breaks when used with a belt. So there it is. As of 9/22/13. Later
