Way to go Brian...I am very new to this...diagnosed May 4th, but my A1C is already down some and as soon as my granddaughter is out of school on Wednesday we will start walking everyday. Keep up good work...it's encouraging to me to see how it can change so quickly
Thanks Wendy for the encouragement! Sorry u were recently diagnosed but it does get easier, believe me! Now it's a matter of keeping motivated which is pretty hard.
