TODAY, the world celebrates Sir Frederick Banting, who, with his partners, discovered insulin and its therapeutic potential. The discovery meant that Type 1 diabetes was no longer a death sentence and today millions of people are alive and thriving. We want to celebrate and hope you’ll join us.
