Inch by Inch Anythings a Cinch

Hi all :)

I stole the quote but that's how I feel right now.

Accountability:

Weight: 260 lbs. (Sunday is weigh in day.)

Exercise: This morning I decided to get on the treadmill at some point today.

I almost wimped out but I got on it any way.

I was able to make it for 5 mins. My hip begin to tighten up at 4:50 mins but I kept on and made it another 10 seconds.

Water: I will have 64 ozs by bedtime.

Food: I did really well with this.

I stayed w/i my allowed points. I stuck to my food plan and consumed the allowed carb choices. I didn't go over. I ate a very lite lunch today. So around 2 I felt the need to eat something. I had some carrots, wheat thin sticks, and lf ranch dip. Once this snack was eaten I didn't keep on food hunting.

Glucose Checks: I have checked my glucose three times. 109 Fasting/ 90 Before Lunch

101 2 hours after lunch.

Not sure why my readings are so good this week. The only things that have changed is I'm on Cipro, and my eating is so much better.

I hope the reason is better eating not Cipro.

If this continues my A1C better be a whole lot better in March.
