For some time I’ve had trouble with logging in to the Dexcom site. In particular I’ve been unable to login here and reorder supplies. I also have been notified that Clarity has been upgrade and given a link to go get the update. But again when I attempt to get the home users version it fails. I’ve checked the actual site uam1.dexcom.com is not reachable.
I have tried Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. Something weird is going on. It may be related to my security configuration blocking the site as suspected malicious. As I said before the actual IP is not reachable from my computer. I just looked and apparently I can bring up the site on my phone.
Brian - I had some trouble with the site around the 12/29 last uploader update. I called the Dexcom help desk (they work 24/7) and he walked me through some steps to get Clarity working again. I can’t remember the details but it was an easy fix that only took 5-10 minutes on the phone. Their 24/7 help number has someone on staff that specializes in Clarity questions.
I uploaded my Dexcom G4+Share CGM to the Clarity site within the last 30 minutes. It worked normally.
I have found the source of my problem. I had been attempting to connect at work and at home through VPN. Apparently my office had made changes to the firewall and the dexcom site was blocked.
