I’m not exactly sure why, but “Don’t mess with me, I attacked my own pancreas” made me laugh out loud. I want that on a T-shirt!
I have a tee shirt that says “ I have beta cell immunity”
Which only diabetics and healthcare people understand but I like wearing it.

I actually found that on a website somewhere that had tshirts. Not sure which one but I just searched for diabetes t shirts and there are a lot of fun ones out there at many, many sites!
