So today is my official one-month anniversary as a volunteer for Tu Diabetes.
It’s been an amazing month and it’s hard to believe that it has only been one month. A lot has happened.
First and most importantly I have met incredible people. Secondly, I have learned sooo much from all of you. Thirdly, amazingly enough, the excitement about building this community has taken stress away from my job and it has made me appreciate and enjoy my family a lot more. What else could I ask?
Thank you Manny and Andre for letting me help, and thank all of you for letting me be a small part of your life.
Lastly, we have attracted 101 members in our myspace page, 57 members to our facebook group and 21 pictures to our “hands” project at Flickr.
What a journey!
Also, most important of all, we have over 650 members in our community!!
As for letting you help, I am the one who has to thank you for all you have done and continue to do, man!!
